Fees
As of January 1, 2023, PRESTANT Côte Basque (CB&L) and PRESTANT Bordeaux (BB&V) agency negotiation fees are:
TRANSACTION :
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are set at 5% excl. tax + 20% VAT, i.e. 6% incl. VAT, payable by the vendor. For land, fees are set at 10% incl. VAT, payable by the vendor.
SEASONAL RENTAL :
Fees from 10% to 25% VAT included, depending on the type of mandate entrusted by the owners.
